This policy explains what information Webax (Webax-IT) collects, how we use it and how we protect it. We keep it simple: your data is yours, and we use it only to run the service for you.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Workspace data you add: for example clients, cases, students, documents, tasks and invoices.
• Basic technical data: log-in times and error logs, to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use it

• To provide Webax: show your data, send reminders and invite emails, and run the AI assistant when you ask it.
• To keep accounts secure and to give support.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who can see your data

• Each workspace is private. Only people the owner invites can see its data.
• We use trusted service providers to run Webax: database and file storage, email delivery, hosting, and an AI provider. They process data only to provide their service to us.
• When you use the AI assistant, the question and the needed information are sent to an AI provider that is set not to store or train on it.
• We may share information if the law requires it.

4. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Each workspace is separated by strict database rules, and documents are opened only with short-lived secure links.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your workspace data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep records by law.

6. Your choices

• You can view and correct your information in the app.
• You can turn off the morning reminder email in Settings → My notifications.
• You can ask us to export or delete your data.
