These terms explain the rules for using Webax, a service provided by Webax-IT (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Webax, you agree to these terms. If you use Webax on behalf of a firm, center or agency, you agree on its behalf.

1. Your account

  • You must give correct information and keep your password safe.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and your workspace.
  • The owner of a workspace decides who is invited and what role they have.

2. Your data

  • The information you put into Webax (clients, cases, documents, invoices and so on) belongs to you.
  • We store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You must have the right to store the information you upload, including your clients’ personal details.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Webax for anything illegal, to harm others, or to send spam.
  • Do not try to access other workspaces, break the security, or overload the service.
  • We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.

4. AI assistant

The AI assistant can make mistakes. Its answers are for help only and are not legal, financial or professional advice. Always check important facts, dates and law yourself before relying on them.

5. Plans and payment

  • Some features are free; paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown on our website.
  • If a payment is not made, we may move the workspace to a lower plan or suspend it after notice.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Webax running and your data backed up, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by the service being unavailable.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Webax at any time. On request, we will help you export your data and then delete it. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions? Contact us through webaxit.com.
